How long does it take for delivery?

Approx 10 to 15 Days

When you order from our website, we ensure that all items of your order are delivered within the delivery time mentioned on the product page. To check the delivery time, please enter the correct pin code of the location where you want the product to be shipped. Please do note that different items may have different delivery time and will be delivered separately.

 

Can I have my purchase delivered on a particular day?

We strive to deliver products purchased from Vxlnt.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can't commit on the same.

 

How much do I have to pay for delivery?

We provide free delivery Pan-India. However, shipping charges are applicable for certain items. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed on the product page and at checkout. Shipping charges (wherever applicable) are based on the following table:

The shipping cost is based on the selling price at Vxlnt.com and will not change on the application of discount coupons.

 

How can I track my order?

You can get an updated status of your order under ‘My Orders’ section. Click on the order number to get exact status of the order and its tracking details. Once an order is shipped the tracking number (AWB number) and shipping agent details are updated against each item of your order. 

Your order status is also updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble with the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately. Give us a call on +91-80-23609977 (10 AM - 7 PM) or drop us an email care@vxlnt.com. An email is sent to you after the order is shipped that contains the tracking number and the service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).

 

What if I am not home when my package arrives?

If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In case you find that delivery is unsuccessful, please contact our customer care on +91-80-23609977 (10 AM - 7 PM) or drop us an email at care@vxlnt.com.

 

Does Vxlnt.com deliver products outside India?

We are currently not delivering products outside India.

 

My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

You can get the updated status of your order under ‘My Orders’ section. Click on the order number to get exact status of the order and its tracking details. Once an order is shipped the tracking number (AWB number) and shipping agent details are updated against each item of you order. 

If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, Vxlnt.com reserves the right to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund the amount to you.

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Shipping address cannot be changed once an order is placed.
